Hosted models offer access to large systems without owning the hardware. The provider handles installation, updates, and heavy computation.

Local models offer more control over the machine and can work offline. They require storage, compatible hardware, and local setup.

The nearby Oracle avoids the mountain road. But the distant temple may house a larger Oracle and answer faster than the smaller one in the hut.

Neither path is always better.
