Step the loop yourself

Here is a real task and a real agent. Press start the loop and walk it one beat at a time. Watch the three beats cycle, observe, decide, act, and watch each result land on the board for the next beat to use.

Now the important part. Flip on inject an error at step 3 and run it again. A tiny slip, the agent misreads the dates, and notice that nothing stops it. The bad result flows into the next beat, then the next, and the agent books a useless flight and reports success, fully confident, because no beat ever doubled back to check the one before.

That is the loop's gift and its trap in one picture: powerful because each step builds on the last, dangerous for exactly the same reason.
