Leave a gap when a fact is missing

The booking address is still unknown. A more detailed writing instruction cannot make that address appear.

Add a rule for the gap:

"Do not invent event details. Where the booking address belongs, write [booking address to confirm]."

A usable draft can contain an honest blank. You can ask a follow-up question or fill it when the organiser confirms the address.

Notice the boundary. This instruction encourages the right behaviour; it does not prove that every detail in the draft came from the notes.
