Name the result
The same event brief could become a volunteer checklist, a poster, or an invitation.
Tell the model which result you need:
"Write a welcoming invitation for local residents who have never attended a repair café. Use a title and two short sentences. Include the time, place, one-item limit, and booking requirement."
The audience explains what needs introducing. The output shape makes the result easier to use. The requirements identify details that must survive the rewrite.
This is like briefing a designer. The event notes supply the material; the assignment says what to make from it.
More words are not automatically better. Add what changes the job or prevents a likely misunderstanding.
