The model rereads everything

Without a shortcut, the serving system processes the request from its first token.

It works through the same instructions. Then the same earlier questions. Then the same earlier answers. Only near the end does it reach the new sentence.

Think of a clerk rereading an entire case file whenever one new note is added.

The old pages still matter. The repeated reading is the problem.
