The model can work without the internet

Once the model and its software are installed, basic generation can happen without an internet connection.

In Elara's village, a storm could close the mountain road. A bridge could wash away. The distant Oracle would become unreachable.

An Oracle in the neighbouring hut could still answer. The Scribe would no longer need the road for a basic conversation.

That can be useful in places with poor connectivity. It can also keep the prompt and answer on the local machine.

But the model cannot fetch a webpage or check a live service while offline.

Running the model and reaching the outside world are separate abilities.
