The chat app sits around both

The model runner is still not the chat application.

The chat app saves the conversation, builds context, shows the reply, and may provide tools.

The Scribe still keeps the ledger. Moving the Oracle into the next room does not turn her into the Scribe.

Inside that experience, the model runner loads the Oracle and keeps token generation moving.

At the centre are the Oracle's model files.

Chat app → model runner → model

All three can run on the same computer without becoming the same thing.
