Only the message is sent

Imagine the app sends Rufus only Tom’s request:

User: Create a file called shopping.txt.

Rufus has not been told that any program can create files for him.

He can still produce an ordinary text reply. He might explain how Tom could create the file himself.

But shopping.txt does not appear. Rufus has only produced more text.
