A bottle arrives
Enough setting up. Here is an actual bottle.
Vincenza does not get to see the label, and neither do you. Nobody is going to tell either of you what this wine costs until after the guess is made. That is the whole arrangement.
She pours a glass and tastes it.
Now, what does she actually come away with?
Not a price. Not yet. What she comes away with is a set of impressions: what the grape seems to be, what the wine tastes of, how strongly each of those comes through.
Those impressions are the raw material. Everything the model does has to start from them.
So before anything can be guessed, there is a smaller question to answer first.
What exactly does tasting this bottle give her?
