Put the working facts together

For the rest of this module, imagine organising a community repair café. Neighbours bring broken things and volunteers help repair them.

Here is the fictional organiser's brief:

"Repair café. Saturday, 14:00 to 16:00. Library hall. Bring one item. Booking required. Booking address still to be confirmed."

Those details might otherwise be scattered across several messages. A short working brief gives the model one place to find the current decisions.

It also preserves what is not known. "Booking address still to be confirmed" must survive the summary too.

A summary is useful only if it keeps what the next task needs. Compare it with the original before relying on it.
